This temporary discomfort physically or emotionally, indicates that healing is taking place at a very deep level and it needs to go through a process to come out and be released. If you experience this, try to be patient, knowing that it is part of the process of healing. Generally, the client experiences a renewed sense of peace and calm.<\/p>\n<p>Many times the body goes through an integration process after a session, so it&#8217;s best to give the session a few days to settle in. Some clients will get instant outcomes, some it will take a few days, and others will not have a change at all.
