REIKI LEVEL II (OKUDEN)
The teachings and practices from both the Traditional Japanese (Usui Reiki Ryoho) and the Western style of Reiki training will be taught. I feel there are benefits to being introduced to both forms.
WESTERN REIKI is the practice of Reiki presented to the west by Mrs. Takata. This style relied on memorizing rules and working with standard procedures that remained the same for each client. This included the standard hand positions for giving a treatment.
TRADITIONAL JAPANESE REIKI is the practice called Usui Reiki Ryoho. This form has its roots in Japan and is not the same form as is normally taught in the west. With Usui Reiki Ryoho, the focus is on self-development, personal healing, and spiritual development with hands-on-healing being the side-effect of the practice.

The Reiki Level I (Shoden) and Level II (Okuden) courses are each taught separately as a 2-day course with a week break in-between. This gives the student the opportunity to assimilate and practice the teachings. All Reiki certification classes are provided in an in-person class setting.

Reiki is a profound practice that can bring vast benefits to self and others. It is an essentially simple practice that anyone can learn. This 2-day foundational course is the most important of all levels of training. It is open to anyone, regardless of experience.
Learning happens best over time, with support and time to integrate the material. This 16-hour course is spread out over 2 days, spaced one week apart. This gives students time to practice at home, and come back to ask questions based on their experience.
THIS COURSE INCLUDES:
- History and origins of Reiki practice, including it’s journey from Japan to the West.
- Hands-on instruction and practice on yourself and others.
- Introduction to the Reiki precepts
- Instruction on the energy systems of the body
- Guided meditations
- Reiju (traditional spiritual blessing)
- 4 attunements (initiations)
- Reiki level 1 manual and journal
- Reiki level 1 certification upon completion

REIKI LEVEL II (OKUDEN) CERTIFICATION
Reiki level II training continues to expand and deepen our learning with lecture, discussions, meditations, self-treatment and clinical practice with classmates and the community. We explore the traditional Reiki symbols and learn how to integrate them into your hands-on practice. We learn how to practice distance Reiki treatments.
Learning happens best over time, with support and time to integrate the material. This 16-hour course is spread out over 2 days, spaced one week apart. This gives students time to practice at home, and come back to ask questions based on their experience.

INTUITIVE DEVELOPMENT CLASS
INTUITIVE DEVELOPMENT CLASS
Your intuition is speaking to you at all times. We all have access to that deeper knowing and inspiration. This class will allow you to practice and explore your own unique way of developing and trusting your intuition.
This is a 4-week class meeting once a week for 3 hours.
