I am a Certified Massage Therapist with training in several different bodywork modalities. I specialize in an integrative approach to the body often utilizing combinations of Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Massage, and Reiki Energy Healing.

I hold a degree in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis and am a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist. After retiring from the UC Davis Clinical Laboratories, I was able to fulfill my passion working as a full-time healing practitioner.

Daily stress and physical trauma can produce dysfunction within the systems of your body. Through skilled assessment and specific manual techniques, these restrictions can be released, supporting your tissue’s own ability to self-correct and restore better function.
